within the meaning and for the purposes of Art. 13 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n°. 196 (“Code for the protection of personal data”), Doreca Italia S.p.a. wishes to inform you of the following.
Personal data, including data of a sensitive nature, concerning you and disclosed by you will be processed by Doreca Italia S.p.a. (hereafter also the “company”) for the following purposes:
– staff recruitment aiming to an employment relationship with the company or its subsidiaries or holdings;
– setting up of an archive using the resumes of candidates involved in staff search and selection, with the aim of employment within the company or its subsidiaries or holdings.
The personal data disclosed by you will be processed with computers and electronic tools, as well as in paper form. Always following logical operations and using forms of work organisation strictly necessary for the above-mentioned purposes.
Furthermore, please be advised that solely if directly relevant to the above mentioned purposes, the processed personal data may be disclosed to: consulting firm/external consultants in charge of staff recruitment on behalf of the company; company’s subsidiaries; managers, executives and employees responsible for the personnel administration and management of the company; internal management and control bodies of the company; personnel responsible for and in charge of data processing that may gain information during the performance of their duties.
The registered data and any sensible data will be kept for the necessary period to fulfil the above-mentioned purposes and not any longer.
The processed personal data will not be disclosed.
In accordance with the relevant legislation, the company may ask you additional personal data and process these as well.
The disclosure of the above-mentioned data is on a voluntary basis, but your refusal to provide the requested information may probably impede the evaluation of your application, meaning your name will not be included in the list of candidates that will be examined for the company’s recruitments.
In relation to the above-mentioned processing operations, you can exercise the rights laid down in Art. 7 of Legislative Decree 30.06.2003, n°. 196 which, for your convenience, we transcribe in its entirety.

Art. 7 – Right of access to personal data and other rights
1. The data subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data relating to him exist, even if not yet registered, and the disclosure in an intelligible form of the data.
2. The data subject shall have the right to obtain information about:
a) origin of the personal data;
b) purposes and modalities of data processing;
c) applied logic in case of data processing with electronic means;
d) identifying details of the data controller, the responsible persons and the designated representative pursuant to article 5, paragraph 2;
e) parties or types of operators to whom the personal data might be disclosed or that may gain information because of their position as designated representative in the territory of the State, as responsible persons or as persons in charge.
3. The data subject shall have the right to obtain:
a) update, rectification or, when in its interests, integration of the data;
b) cancellation, reprocessing in an anonymous form or the blocking of the processed data in case of law infringement, including also not relevant data to the purpose for which they have been recorded and processed;
c) confirmation that the operations referred to in points (a) and (b) have been disclosed, also regards their content, to whom the data has been communicated and released, except the case when such fulfilment turns out to be impossible or demands the use of means clearly disproportionate compared to the protected right.
4. The data subject shall have the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him, even though when relevant to the purpose of collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sale or for market research or commercial communication.
The above rights may be exercised through a request presented to the data controller, referred to hereinafter without formalities, and by delegation and power of attorney. In case of request without there being confirmation about the existence of data concerning the data subject, a fee, not exceeding the true cost, may be claimed.

All requests about personal data processed by the company must be submitted to the legal address of the company by registered post or by email sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
