Doreca is the only firm in Italy that guarantees to its customers an integrated supply of food and beverage products together with exclusive services, thanks to the involvement of experts of the Horeca sector.
The Food & Beverage distribution model is based on the logistic platform Food in Savio di Cervia (in the province of Ravenna) and allows Doreca to be present on the market as the only “Total Horeca” distributor in Italy.

Doreca developed its own Certified Quality System along with a Self-Check System based on the HACCP methodology to guarantee quality and safety and supply products and services that meet customers’ requirements.
Doreca obtained the Certification of its Quality Management System in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 9001 standard. The certification was issued by an accredited and internationally recognised independent certifying body for: “Storage, commercialization and distribution of beverages, food and other products destined to non-domestic, commercial and collective catering. Management of draught drinks equipment.”
In compliance with regulatory and voluntary standards, Doreca ensures the quality of meat production and distribution processes by applying procedures that guarantee food safety (including entry checks on the products arriving from suppliers, verification and validation of all storage and processing phases, transport and delivery to customers). The company obtained recognition and product certification of the meat it produces and sells also in accordance with the following regulations:
– EC recognition of its production sites in accordance with the applicable legislation (Regulation No. 852/2004_Regulation No. 853/2004 and subsequent updates)
– Voluntary beef labelling system according to EC Regulation No. 1760/2000 (CIM procedural guideline according to EC Regulation No. 1760/2000 and Ministerial Decree of 30 August 2000 approved by MIPAAF (Italian Ministry of Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policies) – IT 043 ET)
– Acceptance of the procedural guideline on “Vitellone bianco dell’Appennino centrale” IGP beef meat: CHIANINA, MARCHIGIANA, ROMAGNOLA.
– Organic certification issued by an accredited and internationally recognised independent certifying body, according to Regulation No. 834/2007 defining the production, processing, labelling, control and certification system in the European Union.
